By purchasing any service from JaguarHoster, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
JaguarHoster provides digital and customized services, including:
- Web Hosting
- Website Design & Development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Digital Marketing Services
Due to the customized and intangible nature of these services, refund eligibility is limited.
2. Hosting Services Refund
- A 7-day limited money-back guarantee is offered on shared hosting plans only.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- After this period, hosting services are non-refundable.
Non-refundable under hosting:
- Domain registration & renewals
- SSL certificates and add-ons
- Migration/setup charges
- Third-party services
3. Website Development & Design Services
- A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate any project.
- Once work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If the project is canceled by the client after work begins:
- Refund (if any) will be proportionate to incomplete work, at JaguarHoster’s discretion.
No refund will be provided if:
- The client fails to provide required content/information
- Delays are caused by the client
- The project has been substantially completed or delivered
4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- SEO and digital marketing are performance-based and time-dependent services.
- No guaranteed rankings or specific results are promised.
- Therefore, these services are strictly non-refundable once initiated.
5. Domain Name Services
All domain registrations are non-refundable, as they are processed instantly via third-party providers and cannot be reversed.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting us. However:
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
- Any eligible refund will be processed as per this policy
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us with:
- Full Name
- Order/Invoice ID
- Service details
- Reason for request

All valid refund requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
8. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, in compliance with Indian payment gateway regulations (Razorpay, UPI, cards, etc.).
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
- Any applicable gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
In case of payment disputes or chargebacks:
- Clients are encouraged to contact JaguarHoster first for resolution
- Initiating unjustified chargebacks may lead to service suspension and legal action under applicable Indian laws
10. Compliance with Indian Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
