Refund Policy
JaguarHoster provides transparent refund guidelines for hosting and development services.
JaguarHoster offers refunds for hosting and development orders under specific conditions. Refund eligibility depends on service type, activation state, and project completion.
For shared hosting and VPS services, refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial purchase are considered if the service has not been fully provisioned or used. Custom web development work may be eligible only when no significant development milestones have been completed.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed custom development or design work
- Domain registration fees, SSL certificates, or third-party software licenses
- Services already fully provisioned and used
- Prepaid periods after the initial setup has been delivered
To request a refund, contact support@jaguarhoster.com with your invoice number, service details, and a brief explanation of the reason. Our team will review the request and respond with next steps.
JaguarHoster reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on service usage, setup status, and compliance with our service terms.
